Install Ghost Without Softaculous

I have an Inmotion Shared Hosting. I was having issues with Ghost, so I contacted Ghost support and they told me it was probably Softaculous which was causing my problems, since they had a lot of malfunction reports from Softaculous installations. They recommended me to install Ghost manually (from my SSH or from a zip file). How can I do that?


Take into account I need to install node.js too, since Ghost uses it.
