How do I Forward Outgoing Mail

I need to keep a record of what some of my email accounts are sending and receiving. They keep changing their settings to delete all email off the server. I have the incoming email forwarded, but how to I create a record, or forward, the outgoing or SENT emails?

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding forwarding outgoing mail. There no "built-in" setup for accomplishing this, but if the email accounts are using IMAP the sent mail folder is stored on the server. You can access any IMAP email account from cPanel at any time by clicking "Email accounts". Then clicking "More" next to the address, then "Access Webmail." Keep in mind users can delete email from the sent folder. You can also review the mail logs for instances of email transmission, or deleted emails. Thank you, John-Paul
