Quickwebsitefix emails are not woking properly.

Hi Support,

We have difficulties with quickwebsitefix emails. We have separate email server to deal with our emails, from last 10 days we are facing difficulties to get emails from our clients. Several clients stated that they had send emails to us but unfortunately we never got any email from them.

We have lost significant amount of business in last 10 days. Submitting this ticket to get a detail report our lost emails.

Hello Mr. Goldberg, Apologies for the problems with the emails not working and with the difficulties of your clients trying to send emails. Posting a question in the Support Center is not the same as submitting a support ticket. You can submit a ticket through your Account Management Panel (AMP). Any request sent to this website have answers posted to the website, which means that they are public. For your issues to be handled privately, you will need to work with our live technical support team who are available via phone/email/chat 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
