My business has closed--How do I shut down my web site and cancel everything so I'm never billed again?

Hello, Thank you for submitting a question about your account. The account billing cycles can either be set to manual or automatic renewal in the billing section of your Account Management Panel. You can set an item to non-renewable, and the account will expire at the next billing date. If you would like to double-check that the account will not renew, you can contact our Customer Service team, which is open 24 hours a day. Best, Christopher M.
