Ticket tracking system in IMH
How do I track the status of support tickets I raise in inmotion hosting ?
InMotion Hosting's can track the statuses of their tickets through their Account Management Panel (AMP) and Platform-i account portals.
AMP: Simply log into AMP, then in the top right corner click the "Get Help" button. Here, you can open new tickets, track open tickets, and comment on them.
Platform-i (InMotion Central): Log in, then navigate to the Team account you need help with. Under the "Requests" tab, you can also open, track and comment on open tickets.
