How do I track the status of support tickets I raise in inmotion hosting ?

InMotion Hosting's can track the statuses of their tickets through their Account Management Panel (AMP) and Platform-i account portals.

AMP: Simply log into AMP, then in the top right corner click the "Get Help" button. Here, you can open new tickets, track open tickets, and comment on them.

Platform-i (InMotion Central): Log in, then navigate to the Team account you need help with. Under the "Requests" tab, you can also open, track and comment on open tickets.

Good morning fabadmin, Thanks for your question about tracking open support tickets here at InMotion. Currently, there's not a way other than the email responses you receive. We're currently in the process of working through a system that will allow you to track the tickets in AMP but it's not completed yet. I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any more questions.
