Iphone can't email me

I have recently moved to Inmotion. For some reason my partner now can't email me from his iphone (it worked fine before). He can email other people and my non Inmotion emails. I have checked and his email is set up with authentication. Is there anything else that could be the issue? Thanks

Hello, Sorry for the issue with receiving emails from your partner's iPhone. We would actually need a little more information in order to troubleshoot the issue. Is he getting any particular error message? Also, if he emailed within the 24 hours of your move, it may simply be that the DNS servers were still updating.
