Accessing Email from Multiple Devices

Hi - I have an email configuration question that I hope you can help with.

One of my users strictly manages email from his iPhone and iPad. He needs his administrative assistant to also have access to his email. Do you have any articles or tips on how best to set up this arrangement?

Hello bradgrb, Thank you for your question regarding users accessing email from several devices. I recommend setting up email on all of the devices as IMAP, since it saves email on the server by default. This allows all the devices to see the same folders such as Inbox, Sent, etc. You can view your email settings in cPanel at any time including SMTP settings. Thank you, John-Paul
