Resolving Rejected Message Errors

We are getting this error when sending emails . how can we solve this?

This message has been rejected because it has
a potentially executable attachment "Fireworks display October 21, 2017
approval .pdf - Shortcut.lnk"
This form of attachment has been used by
recent viruses or other malware.
If you meant to send this file then please
package it up as a zip file and resend it.

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding resolving rejected message errors. As the error suggests, many email providers do not like attachments that could contain potential malware. I recommend that you "zip" or compress the files before attaching to an email. This also protects the files from becoming corrupted in the transfer. Thank you, John-Paul
