I Can't See Feedback if I Press Submit Button

I tried doing it but it fails I dont want to have a non functioning feedback page

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding issues seeing submitted feedback. If you are using a PHP form, I recommend enabling error reporting. You can also check cPanel error logs.This may provide a more specific error message. If it is an email form, you can check the mail logs for record of the transmission or errors.
