I can't pass the phone format like this 886-2-XXXX-XXXX or 886-9XX-XXX-XXX. I'm from Taiwan.

Hello YenLung,

Thanks for your question about contacting us via phone. You can always live chat with us by clicking in the top right corner labeled "Support Chat" and you can communicate with someone directly. There's also a Skype option next to the chat button as well.
