I'm not sure whether InMotion supports Sftp or not.

I could find FTP configuration, but not for Sftp.

Hope to resolve this problem asap.

Hello Steven111, Thanks for your question about using SFTP. The use of SFTP is possible with your InMotion Hosting account, but it does depend on the type of account you are using. If you are using a VPS or dedicated server you would need to make sure that your IP address is added to the firewall. Check out this article on connecting with SFTP (or SCP).
