Not Receiving Email in Outlook

I have stopped receiving email. I normally get it through Outlook.com. I tried using WebMail to see if there was any email and it does not show any. I usually get 15 to 20 emails a day. I tried sending emails to my account from another account and none of them showed up.

Hello MurphyLuth, Thank you for your question regarding not receiving emails in Outlook. I first recommend checking your settings and filters in Outlook. For example, if it is setup with POP, it may be removing the emails from the server and storing them in a folder. If your problems persist, check your email logs for records of the transmission or additional errors. Thank you, John-Paul
