WHOIS is private but still showing my name

I have domain privacy turned on but when I run a WHOIS lookup my name is still listed. I tried to change this but it is not showing up publicly. Please advise how to change the contact name on the account.

Hello, ryanwpatterson. Thanks for posting your question regarding WHOIS information and domain privacy. I'm sorry to see that you are experiencing issues with this. I recommend contacting Customer Service to discuss not using your name in the information provided to WHOIS. Unfortunately, this can not be done from your Account Management Panel. However, do consider that this increases the difficulty in proving ownership of the domain. Our guide on Private Domain Registration provides more details/information. I hope this helps!
