Server migration VPS to Dedicated

Hello,
We are planning to migrate our current VPS to an Essential Dedicated Server but before I would like to know if that migration can be done by InmotionHosting on this Saturday (Nov 18th)?
The problem is that our website can't be offline during the week, while the staff is using it.

Is possible to schedule an appointment for that?
