Services go down almost daily

I get email notifications almost on a daily basis that various services on my server (cpanel-dovecot-solr, clamd, nscd, etc) have gone down and then come back up. Some days, such as today, I get 50 such notifications, and my website availability goes up and down (I use uptime robot). What is going on and what can I do about it?

It is likely that one or more resources on your server is causing a high usage spike and is causing other services to become unresponsive. I advise submitting a server review request to Live Support.
