Hi,


I have not renewed hosting.


I would like to know if you can recover the backups of the db associated with my websites.

Thanks for the question about restoring database backups for some of your websites. You can request a restoration through the Account Management Panel (AMP) interface. Otherwise, you will need to submit a verified support ticket to our live technical support team in order to a specific restoration of databases.
