Cant access a website

I tried accessing igg-games.com and it pops out an error 403 forbidden. I was able to access it a few days ago and now I cant access it anymore. I tired pinging it heres the result Pinging igg-games.com [104.25.198.105] with 32 bytes of data:

Hello Dacoolmike, Sorry for the problems with accessing igg-games.com and the 403 error. A 403 error generally either indicates an authorization issue or that the server itself is not permitting any access for anyone on that server. If you are an InMotion Hosting customer you will need to contact our live technical support team via chat/email/phone in order to have the issue investigated at the server level.
