Cannot log-in to cPanel

A user has granted me cPanel access to her account. I've got the "welcome to ???.com !" email with a password reset link. I used that to create my password and then got the "You have successfully updated your password for the following services: * subaccount" email.
However, I can't log into the cPanel. I have the temporary cPanel link, and I enter the correct username/password, but every time I get the red message box "The login is invalid."
What's up? Can you please fix it?

Thanks for the recommendation, Jiaming! We've been working on going through our Support Center articles to find any topic we have not addressed. I've gone ahead and added the cPanel user creation issue to the list and will try to get an article regarding it out in the next week or two.

The actual reason is that cPanel only allows one login account. Even through account holder can create additional users from cPanel > User Manager app, new user still can't login with the given credential. Surprise, isn't it? I understand that it's a cPanel thing. But it would be great that inmotiionhosting can post an article about it. I'm sure I'm not the only one who contacted them via tech support.

Hello mfigrs, Thank you for your question regarding issues logging into cPanel. When you get "The login is invalid" message it indicates an incorrect username or password. If your problems persist I recommend contacting the user who granted you access so they can verify the credentials are correct. Thank you, John-Paul
