Security problems to log into all my sites

Good afternoon, I have my sites installed in WordPress, today I wanted to login with the username and password but I could not do it with any I must delete the password and login with the user Admin not with frequent use, this happens in all my sites , I need to know if there was an attack on my account or some restriction of inmotion.
