Call to Action too Big for Mobile

Homepage call to action has h2 text which looks great on desktop or tablet, but creates scrollbar at bottom of page when viewed on smart phone. h3 is too small and doesn't have same impact as h2 on desktop or tablet. can i have one theme setting for phone and one for other devices? or is there a tag which can resize for a better fit than

Hello digitalgsmp, Thank you for your question regarding the call to action being too big on mobile devices. If you are familiar with coding CSS, you use the Custom CSS Editor in BoldGrid. Alternately, you could use a child-theme to override aspects of your theme. Thank you, John-Paul
