Whitelisted email goes to Junk

I hope someone can help me. I'm a Realtor & when someone registers on my website, I get sent from my company the name & specifics of the person. I have whitelisted & even created rules from that email address but that address continues to go into my junk folder! Help???

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding whitelisted emails going to your junk folder. We are happy to help you troubleshoot, but will need some additional information. Where did you whitelist the email address? In BoxTrapper or SpamAssassin? How are you checking your email? For example, are you using Webmail, Outlook, Mac mail, etc. Thank you, John-Paul
