web site down and can not access cpanel

my web site on domain alfahospital.net is not working and always give server hangout , also the administrator and cpanel pages is not open as well , I was not the one who arrange for hosting , he was an IT specialist work for me and he is not available any more , I have full access to the domain which is on godaddy and I have the user name and password for Cpanel and adminstrator page
please help with this issue as the files is so precious to me and if the issue related to the hosting renewal it is ok
