Domain with InMotion DNS entries does not always load

Hi,


I have a reseller account and my domain is registered at bluehost and uses my inmotion reseller dns servers.


I am finding when I enter an addon domain, sometimes chrome reports it cannot find the domain. I have to hit refresh a few times before it loads.


Is there someway to resolve this? I need the pages to load the first time.

Hello. I'm sorry to see that issue that you are reporting occurring for your domain. I'm unable to diagnose this kind of issue without more details and the ability to test/troubleshoot (ping/trace route). The only recommendations I have would be to ensure that you have only the nameservers for InMotion Hosting's reseller accounts used for the domains. Best Regards, Carlos D
