Cannot update WP theme - Missing a Temporary folder

dear sir ...yesterday..when want to update WP theme founded when upload theme,plugin,media, WP update have error message "Missing a temporary folder." search on websites and inmotionhosting support how can solve problem , I tried to create php.ini and add ""upload_tmp_dir ="/usr/home/tmp/" not success , also put this line in wp_config.php "define(‘WP_TEMP_DIR’,dirname(_FILE_). ‘/wp-content/temp/’);" and create temp folder ..als not work , I had to delete my 5 months work in website to reinstall New WP and all plugin , also same error ...Hope to help me to solve this problem be thankful .....My WP Dashboard
