Sorry for the issue with the Horde Shared Email Address book. When you are sharing an address book in Horde, it is only available to the email accounts using that domain. So, if they are accessing it with Webmail, then that shared address book should be available in that domain. If you're trying to see it via another email application or with a different domain, it will not work. If you're using an email account with the same domain and you're getting the same error, then you would need to supply information on the domain name and email accounts so that we can troubleshoot the issue.
