I do apologize if I was unclear. Everything I posted above should already be included on your InMotion Hosting account, and the principles described should be effective for any form of email. What specific error message are you receiving?

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your email. Here are some suggestions that will hopefully help. 

First, here is an article providing a general overview of the problem and some suggestions.

Make sure that your SPF records are set up and properly configured. Weak or missing SPF records cause a great deal of email to be rejected outright. 

Similarly, set up a DMARC Record if you have not already done so. Add an email address to receive bounceback messages, which can provide more detail on what is going on. 

Lastly, and this is more of a personal take on the situation, avoid using forwarders. If the problem continues, please be sure to post specific error messages/bouncebacks for more direct advice on the situation.
