Hi! My email send and receive error

I'm login to inmotion hosting account manager to check and then i click tab add/edit account email it alert that problem loading page.But another tab it ok please help to check it for me.

Hello and thanks for contacting us. I recommend contacting Live Support if you're unable to access cPanel > Email Accounts.
