WordPress update won't play nice with an older Boldgrid version. How do I delete the old version?

I tried to update WordPress, and this seems to be successful, but now I can't access the site at all via Boldgrid.
I've tried to reinstall Boldgrid, but It says you have to uninstall the old installation. 
I can go into file manager, but I don't know what to delete. 
Could you help me out?
