invoice for product I do not want

I received an invoice for Backup Manager"renewal". This is a product I

did not choose when signing up for my account and was unaware that I had

a "free trial". I only learned this when I got the renewal notice -

AFTER the deadline to cancel. I do not want this product;; never have. I

do not want to pay for renewal for product I never ordered.
