WWW. Version of domain doesn't load

Hello,

We have our domain registered with you as well as hosting.  WIWildCare.org works, but www.WIWildCare.org does not.  I read in the other help files that if we have the domain name registered with you, then this shouldn't be a problem.  Can you help us fix it?  Thank you.
