we purchased our website and created it entirely through inmotionhosting. it is not showing published
we hit the published button 3 weeks ago, but our customers can't see it. What are we not doing. using boldgrid to create and publish.

It sounds like there may be an issue with the DNS settings. Please check the following:
- Be sure you have registered your domain.
- Be sure that the domain is pointed to the correct nameservers.
- If you only set that up recently, you may need to allow up to 24 hours of propagation time.
