The first thing I would recommend is making sure you can still access the website and log in to cPanel. If you cannot, then it's likely that you have been accidentally blocked by the security system and need to resolve that.
If you can log in to cPanel without issue, please make sure you can log in to the email address in question via webmail. This helps us narrow down where the problem is.
If webmail is up and running, please switch the site URL in your email settings to your server name. Usually this will be a URL like 'secure###.inmotionhosting.com' but with the #s replaced with the relevant server number. Sometimes this will resolve DNS errors that can affect mail clients.
If that does not help, we'll need to check the error logs. Unless you're already comfortable with SSH, I would suggest contacting our 24/7 Technical Support team directly to find out what error the server is returning and resolve the issue that way.
