Domain Transfer
We just signed up for hosting for an existing domain that was hosted on StarChapter. Will inmotionhosting migrate the domain automatically?

Hello and thanks for contacting us. We may if you've submitted a website transfer request (WTR). I recommend you contact our Live Support to be sure.

The transfer domain tool in the AMP should work for you. But if it is not completing for some reason, you can have our support team initiate the transfer manually for you.
To do so, you would need to contact our support department (open 24/7) with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Also include the domain name and the transfer code so they can submit the transfer properly.

The site has been unlocked at godaddy for several days and i have the authorization code.
However when I click sublit it appears to take the information but does not proceed to next step.
