Sorry for the issue with the domain. Both issues - the site can't be reach and the charge for the domain are related. A domain must be registered in order to be recognized on the internet. Since you cancelled the domain, it is no longer registered and viewable on the internet. Please contact our Customer Service team for immediate assistance with registering or renewing your domain.
