CRON Job is not working

I set up the CRON Job command to run every minute in cPanel: 
php -q /home/[user]/public_html/path-to-cron-script >/dev/null 2>&
but it doesn't work. Please help. THANKS!

I dont know much about it other than thats what I was told to put iin there and I'm not so sure its working.

Sorry to hear. I recommend checking your cron log for possible reasons it won't work - /var/log/cron. Please contact Live Support for further assistance if that doesn't work.
