I got blocked for adding a shopping cart to my WordPress site and now my domain is blocked. How do i get it white listed again?

I have a website where I added a Woo Commerce Shopping cart too.  I then went to go onto my website a few hours later and found that it won't let me in.  I can get in from my mobile if my wifi is turned off though.  I don't know how to fix this so I can at least log into my website and unpublish the shopping cart at the very least.  I need my website to work again.  I will probably use a different method to take orders that are not going to cost me an arm and a leg on SSL Certificate costs.  I just need to reverse the action.  Any ideas?
