We are not receiving the intermittent emails to web-orders

We are getting intermittent emails to web-orders from orders placed on the website. Sometimes we get only a credit card verification w/o the actual order.

We need to get all emails to our [email protected] mail address. Kindly fix this issue and let me know if you have any queries.
