i am having trouble creating and account on Outlook 2019

I have a new computer and just installed Microsoft Office 2019. I have a new email account that I have not used yet (tlongo@miglengineering.com). I have tried numerous times to add this new account to Outlook 2019 but cannot get it to work.

Hi Tom, if you're having trouble setting up Outlook, please be sure to choose a manual set-up and enter the specific information for your account. One thing that may clear up some problems is to use the server name instead of your website URL. That way, you're connecting directly to the server and avoiding any DNS issues!
