what is going on over there, my server is down and I've been on hold over 25 minutes. I need this resolved as I have clients conducting fundraising campaigns

Are all the servers down or just mine? Twice now on hold for VPS 3000 support. After 30 minutes it says to call back later. In #1 queue for chat, but no one is responding. Websites are down, email is down. Why don't they tell us what is going on?
WHAT IS GOING ON WITH INMOTION. SERVICE IS SO UNSTABLE THE PAST 4 WEEKS WITH MY VPS!!! This is the third week I am going without service. What problems are we, as customers, need to know you are having, as this is unprecented interruption of service.
