after asking, I found WP installer in cpanel.Also, how do we access the new wp install before changing NS? Thank you for your question regarding WordPress installations and WHM. Unfortunately, it is not possible to install WordPress via WHM. If you have Softaculous installed, you can install WordPress from the cPanel dashboard:
