Hi, Gus! You'll want to check your email error log to see if the email is getting blocked at the point of sending (from our servers), or getting blocked by the servers you are trying to send to. If you have one of our shared hosting plans, check the cPanel email delivery records for the message to see what you can find!
If you have a VPS or Dedicated server, you'll need to check the exim logs directly.
Certain types of EXE files are going to be blocked from sending. Another thing that I've seen activate the security system and block an email is certain Excel spreadsheets-- the macros can accidentally cause a security block. If you're having trouble sending legitimate business email from a shared hosting account, please get in touch with our 24/7 Technical Support team and request that the account be whitelisted.
If the email is being blocked by the recipient server, you should reach out to them and make sure their mail administrator whitelists your email on their end. Also, be sure to take all necessary steps to make sure your DNS records are optimized for sending mail-- it's always good to double check your SPF record for example. I hope that helps!
