Hello Jeff,

Thank you for your question regarding cPanel. Unfortunately, as cPanel is a separate company, we do not have control over their automated email services. If InMotion Hosting detects an issue with one of your accounts, we will notify you directly via the email address we have on file. I recommend contacting our Technical Support team to see if there are any current issues with your account.

Best Regards.

What is this email sent to me from cPanel in Texas?  If there is a problem with my email, please contact me directly ...

It looks to be spam.  If you hover over the Revalidate link, it goes somewhere out of the country.  I would not recommend that you click on these links and delete the message.  If your email is working, then there is nothing wrong with it. If you want to be sure, you can call in to our live technical support to check on the status of your account (if your account is with us).
