Hi Paul! Don't worry, you don't need WHM to delete the old certificate-- I know the article we have on the topic is a bit misleading because it starts of talking about WHM, but the section titled 'How to Delete an AutoSSL certificate' covers the necessary steps. The main thing to remember here is, do not delete your AutoSSL certificate, but use those steps to delete the 3rd party certificate you are trying to get rid of!
I'm working on an update of that article more specific to the situation, which I hope will be less confusing. Apologies for that!
Anyway, once you go in to SSL/TLS, click on 'Certificates,' and delete the certificate you no longer want, all you have to do is make sure AutoSSL is enabled, then run AutoSSL in cPanel. That should install a new free AutoSSL!
