Email delivery issues

I keep having email delivery failures on email addresses that I have sent to previously. Please help, this is affecting my ability to communicate with clients. Can I whitelist accounts? I am using Windows Live Mail 2012.

Hi, Brett! Do you know if the failure is coming from an email block on our end at the server, or if they are being reject upon receipt as spam or for other reasons? 

If you are having your emails rejected from being sent, please contact our 24/7 Technical Support team to request a whitelisting on that domain. 

If the mail is being rejected upon receipt, please make sure that things like the DMARC and SPF are configured properly as these can lead to email getting incorrectly rejected. I hope that helps!
