I recently spoke to you about support chat because of the following problem,
- First problem, I can not use my FTP access (I always get an error message when Filezila that the connection has failed.
- 2 Problem, I can only find my domain orient4Hosting.com in AMP, but not in WHM, e.g. Make a cPanel Account a Demo or Vanity nameservers.

Thank you for your question regarding FTP and domain name management. You may need to create the cPanel account for that domain via the following instructions:

In regards to the FTP issue, it is possible that there is an issue with the settings you are using to connect to server. I recommend using the server IP to connect instead of the domain name. Please see the following page for more information about FTP connections:
