It is unclear if we should be using SSL or non-SSL on our e-mail using Desktop Outlook. Which should we be using?
We ran into our mail being blocked and are wondering if using SSL ports would help.. Currently our outbound mail goes thru port 587.
How would you rate the customer service you received?

Answered the question but unfortunate it did not address the reason for asking and that was because my outgoing SMTP e-mails were being rejected by a server in the UK.
