Hi Robert! That's unusual-- it should be showing up in both. There may have just been an error in the registration process that we need to take care of.
I'd ask that you please log in to AMP and visit Domains>Manage Domains. If the domain you registered is not listed there, please get in touch with our 24/7 Customer Service team to complete/resubmit the domain registration.
If the domain is visible in AMP, but nowhere else, the only issue is that cPanel did not automatically recognize it. If that's the case, you can switch your primary domain to the domain you registered, or get in touch with our 24/7 Technical Support team for help in doing so. Hope that helps!
