How do I connect my email account to Calendly

How would you rate the customer service you received?

I don't expect your team to understand Calendly. I expect your team to understand how to direct me in connecting my calendar to other platforms. Like do ghey know what platform it's on? What is the server information and password? It was real easy getting someone to take my payment to sign up, but post support has been disappointing.
