I also need to verify that the PHP version is compatible with the latest version of PrestaShop. Can I assume that to be true? I am preparing to migrate from Prestashop 1.6 to 1.7 as recommended by Prestashop's technical support.
Here's our guide to creating a new database in cPanel. As long as you're using the latest PHP version, you should be fine.
